Our Mission

SPEA is an Environmental not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support research and conservation of wild birds and their habitats, by promoting sustainable development for the benefit of future generations.

Patronage and Donations

SPEA, being a non-profit organization, requires funding support to carry out its projects. If your business wants to support an environmental cause, contact us at joana.domingues[at]spea.pt or 21 322 04 30.
Learn more about the applicable legislation on environmental patronage.

Donations

Donations sent to SPEA are applied to our various ongoing projects. If you intend to direct your donation towards a particular project, such as the Bird of the Year campaign, please name the intended project when donating.

Please inform us of your donation via email so that we can easily track its origin.
