European Voluntary Service | 2018 Projects

The European Voluntary Service (EVS) is one of the actions of the Youth in Action Programme, financed by the European Union, and SPEA has 2 EVS projects:

1) Lisbon projects: SPEA+SPIN
This hosting is a collaboration between SPEA (hosting partner), the association SPIN (coordination partner), and we are now looking for 1 volunteer for the Terrestrial Conservation Department. The volunteer will  mainly be involved ib "Life Rupis" and "Birds and Powerlines" projects, with a diversity of tasks including field work (and birdwatching activities for the public), office and some lab work. It will also possible to collaborate in other projects, including having access to available trainings of and to develop a personal project. Volunteers must have official residence in Spain, and ages between 18 and 30 years olds. NOTES: Besides the EVS allowance that supports acommodation, food, transportation and pocket money, expenses with fieldwork or other travels within country are also covered; SPEA office is in Lisbon.

Coordination, hosting and sending of volunteers projects, based on SPEA offices in Madeira island
